What will you be in charge of?
We seek an experienced and results-driven People Partner to align our People (HR) initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs. Duties of the People partner will include People agenda from A-Z for dedicated departments. You will be supported by our Talent Acquisition Specialist – with recruitment and employer branding and by our People service specialists – with all legal topics.

- Planning strategic People initiatives.
- Evaluating what are our people's needs.
- Help our Heads and C-level managers to make strategic decisions.
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
- Analyze trends and metrics with the People department.
- Cooperate with Talent Acquisition specialist for the best new hires.
- Budgeting, forecasting, reporting and data tracking.
- Participating and leading strategic projects within the Global People team.
