Information about the position

What will you be in charge of?

  • Timely provision of the required quantity of products from China based on the sales Forecast, with focus on strategic need of the market and of the company
  • Active communication with the logistics companies, Freight forwarders and evaluation of the most suitable, efficient and economical routes to ensure a sufficient amount of products on time
  • Stockpiling the required number of products with regard to sales and cost strategy
  • Responsibility for the selection, composition and final price of the ordered goods and services.
  • Monitoring of the market, current trends and competitive activities.
  • Independent negotiation of conditions associated with contracts.
  • Escalation management process design
  • Solution of individual escalations at the supplier
  • Reporting- Very good excel skills required
  • Active communication with team members in an effort to ensure the optimal number of products at the right time in the right place with focus to the seasonality of sales
  • Daily communication and maintaining contact with supply chain members who have an impact on the purchase goals
