Information about the position

What will you be in charge of?

• You monitor the inventory and anticipate future stock levels
• You prepare order request to dispo team based on the forecast and stock status, and follow up the order until the items are available in warehouse 
•You are responsible for the planning and coordination of shipments 
with relavant purchasers and forwarder, including the inland transportation from discharge port to warehouse 
•You coordinate with main warehouse and local warehouse, to arrange warehouse 
to warehouse or cross-dock stock movement according to inventory and sales status 
•You track the orders & shipments in dispo dashboard, make sure the data to be maintained on-time and accurate
• You are responsible for invoice controlling for SK shipment 
• You act as contact person from different internals
(Sales, SK and Berlin logistics, dispo, main and local warehouse ) and external stakeholder (forwarders)

You have an education

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

You speak foreign languages

English - Advanced (C1)

You have years of experience

And you will fit in with us because you have these qualities

• At least two years of experience in purchasing or planning or similar position
• You have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• You have a strong analytical mindset, are detail oriented and flexible
• You have an independent working style, excellent organizational skills and the motivation to grow with the company.
• You are highly fluent in English
