Information about the position
What will you be in charge of?
As eCommerce Marketplace Manager you will be part of a highly motivated and dynamic commercial department. You will be responsible for achieving the sales targets as well as an expansion and a maintenance of our international marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Allegro, eMAG, N11, Gittigidiyor, Trendyol, Hepsiburada). You will shape our marketplace strategy and we expect you to bring your experience to the table and became one of the main pillars of our commercial department.
Responsibilities
• Achieving sales targets
• Monitoring the success of all relevant KPIs and regularly reporting to C-level
• Expansion, support and optimization of international marketplaces in CEE, Balkan and Turkey regions
• Conduct market surveys and implement best practice
• Initiate and implement optimization measures in product listing and potentially in pricing processes
• Coordinate the marketplace SEO strategies and inventory planning for the marketplaces
• Creation and control of promotions in direct contact with marketplace account managers
• Close cooperation with category management, content and marketing teams and in direct contact with CSO

• Hands-on experience in marketplace management in eCommerce or Retail
• Deep understanding of processes and systems and experience in dealing with marketplaces
• Excellent commercial approach to solving problems
• Strong communication ability paired with assertiveness and persuasiveness
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage)
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and react promptly to change
• Fluent in English
• Slovak, Czech or other languages are an advantage
