Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for an experienced quality manager for Bekaert Sládkovičovo plant. The mission of the job is to manage, coordinate and develop the quality system of the plant according to the current requirements of IATF 16949.
About the role
Within the department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's quality visions, strategies and goals.
Your job will be to create short and long term quality plans.
You will inform competent personnel about quality emergencies.
It is also your responsibility to shut down production in the presence of non-conforming products above the usual level.
Laboratories (mechanical, chemical & metallographic) and quality control are under your responsibility
You will organize internal and external quality audits.
You will ensure the functionality of the quality management system (incl. supplier quality management).
Your role will also be your support in creating and updating documentation.
Ensure that certification is obtained and re-obtained.
You will express the Voice of the Customer within the organization
You are responsible for customer relationship building with regards to product quality & potential claim handling

About You
You have work experience in a similar position for at least 5 years
You have a university degree of the 2nd degree, technical specialization (production technologies, materials engineering, production quality engineering)
You have previous experience with IATF 16949 certification
You can speak English fluently
You have previous experience and strong team management skills
You are innovative, strategically focused
