Management Trainee

The ManagementTrainees hired will be part of the Young Potential Trainee Program of Bekaert. The job holder will complete 18 months of training after joining. The training will offer on-the-job experiences across functions and locations. The incumbent will gain the necessary experience and will be ready for taking the position in management and delivering in the identified role at the end of the training period.

• You understand each department’s processes and goals in detail
• You prepare progress reports and share them with mentors/direct supervisor
• You understand and Analyse existing systems and offer new ideas for improvement
• You work in teams and collaborate with others to complete various tasks
