Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your role:

 

  • You will mainly support talent manager with activities related to Talent, Learning and Development
  • You will work on assigned projects as needed to deliver our Talent, Learning and Development activities
  • You will support the implementation of activities
  • You will update talent database on regular basis and ensure accuracy of the data
  • You will work with local talent and training system and designing all materials and content for the system
  • You will coordinate the collaboration and return of Talent information in line with the Talent cycle, that is accurate and completed on time
  • You will be responsible for creating reports for Talent & Development area
  • You will organize development programmes and act as a point of contact for participants
  • You will be responsible for advising the right development for graduates, interns and colleagues
  • You will coordinate and organize activities for universities and students, building rapports with universities, high schools and external subjects
  • Your responsibility will be delivering trainings on performance management for different audience
  • You will work with people managers to support with ad-hoc requests and to provide them with information
  • You will be responsible for personal interviews and organizing and facilitating assessment centres
  • You will administrate different local tools (360, recruitment system)
  • You will administrate of invoices for our team
  • You will be responsible for development and coaching of the team
  • You will be responsible for preparation and implementation of Learning and Development Strategy
  • You will be responsible for proactive reporting and regular feedback to business
