Senior Controller

Our Global Controlling Department is looking for a skilled Senior Controller (focus on segment and sales area) to operate in the international environment. We are looking for a confident self-starter with good attention to detail, strong analytical skills and hands on approach.

Job responsibilities:

• Develop a thorough understanding of the business and market. Provide business partner/decision support to Sales, Segment and Product teams.
• Work proactively and collaboratively with business unit functional leaders to solve problems and advise on how business actions may affect the financials.
• Analysis of sales data to reveal trends and relationships, initiating corrective actions.
• Analysis and assembling of the proposed sales plan/budget.
• Participation on ESET Business cases (evaluation of the benefits, costs and risks of a new projects, ROI calculation).
• Segment P&L & profitability analyses.
• Performing month end close activities.
• Preparation of reports for management/the Group.
• Establishing, monitoring, enforcing and improving policies and procedures. ---Recognizing opportunities for improvements.
• Providing support to other departments in the company/ the Group.
