Head Of Corporate Project Management Office

SET is looking for an experienced leader with ambition to form and further develop our Corporate project management office (CPMO).

The Head of CPMO will lead a team of senior project managers and agile coaches, manage the project portfolio and resource register. He/she will build the Centre of Excellence which defines and maintains standards for project management.

Responsibilities and duties :

Establish and maintain project culture ensuring that:

  • there is a central repository for all corporate-level projects & programs, and corporate portfolio management, including resource management are further developed
  • ensures collaboration and support across different project teams across the company, ensuring an effective delivery methods are selected
  • project methodology and project’s key measurement are defined and aligned across organization- the projects are prioritized and aligned to short- and long-term goals of the business
  • the right people have access to the right information to make the right decisions
  • the projects are delivered within the planned time and budget while delivering expected benefits
  • change management process is defined and followed when the project deviates vs plan
company resources are utilized in the most efficient manner
  • there are ongoing risk assessments and mitigation plans across all projects
  • project portfolio reporting capabilities for key project stakeholders
  • required transformation related to scaled agile practices for forming cross-functional programs is supported


Maintain Management Reports that provide:

  • Overall status and progress of programs, projects
  • Clear visibility about resource management and resource plan
  • Status of milestones and deliverables across the project’s portfolio
  • Financial information about the budget, forecast, actuals, etc.
  • Project risks and progress on mitigating these risks
  • Identifies and develops project management methodology, best practices and standards.
  • Mentor and train an experienced and competent staff of project managers, leads project management community.
