BI Manager

The BI Manager is primarily responsible for leading and managing the BI team, and creating and executing the vision for BI function at ESET. BI’s primary focus is on the creation of data warehouse, reports, data analytics platform, dashboards and metrics, which provide indicators of business performance. BI also oversees report requirements analysis, data quality, data governance, master data management and the reporting system architecture.

• Oversee the Business Intelligence function at ESET, create and execute vision for BI.
• Manage and lead the Business Intelligence team, incl. hiring.
• Create an interface with each part of the business and standardize the requests for new reporting.
• Manage demand for new reporting functionality. Plan team capacity accordingly.
• Create and maintain BI process documentation.
• Oversee data quality across multiple data sources and ensure consistent and accurate reporting.
• Optimize performance for all BI platforms (DWH, QlikSense) and ensure efficient timely data loads and ETL processes.
• Introduce and standardize data governance and master data management processes.
• Lead research into new reporting and BI tools, such big data, machine learning, etc.
