Vendor Master Data Administrator, US Shift

What will you do
The Supplier (Vendor) Master Data team plays an essential role managing suppliers’ records and ensuring proper entry and verification of supplier information in ERP business system. How you will do it
• Maintenance of suppliers records in various Enterprise Resource Planning systems: check for completeness, review the correctness and approvals and enter supplier records to various ERP systems
• Electronic archiving of all required documents
• Reporting activities to support tactical procurement and business operation
• Regular updates of the suppliers databases
• Participation in projects with focus to increase effectiveness of the team
• Communication with internal and external customers in English language
• Administration support and other tasks related to master data management

What we look for

• University degree (you can be a fresh graduate as well)
• Fluent English in written and spoken form is a must
• Process orientation and customer service focus
• Ability to gather, relate and summarize information into logical conclusions
• Adaptability to a changing role with potential to identify areas of improvement in our processes
• Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to use business systems software

Required
• Knowledge SAP, Oracle, iScala or other ERP system is an advantage
• Previous experience in administration, data validation and processing is an advantage
• Able to focus and work in a detailed and systematic way
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Proactive with good problem solving skills
• Self-motivated and reliable

Salary starting from 1000 EUR/month gross (plus monthly bonus) based on relevant experience.
This salary is our minimum advertised salary. We value each and every employee who joins Johnson Controls, therefore ensuring our compensation package aligns with your professional qualifications and competencies to the open position you are selected for.

The team you will be joining is supporting US market, therefore your working hours will be from 1:30pm till 10pm.
Except for the obvious - having free time during the day so you can do everything you like to do, we offer extra benefits on top and compensation for employees supporting the US market:

• 30% of extra salary on top of your basic salary
