Collections Dispute Analyst

What you will do
Our Dispute team works to minimize the time of the claims in the process coming from the customers from all around the region by coming with an effective solution for both, us and the customer.

How you will do
• Providing 2nd level support for the billing issues
• Processing queries from the customers
• Following open credit notes; investigating their cleaning and communication of the outcome to the customers
• System administration
• Investigation and analysis of the cases coming from the clients
• Daily communication with other teams and with customers

What we look for
• customer service, inside sales, AP or related field experience is a plus
• professional communication skills over the phone leading to strong working relationships
• strong organizational, problem solving skills and communication skills
• Basic MS-Office knowledge
• Advanced English
• Proactive approach

Salary starting from 1000 EUR/month gross (plus a regular monthly bonus) based on relevant experience. However, candidates with two plus years work experience will achieve higher earnings.
