Accountant - Accounts Payable Support with French

The Procure to Pay (PTP) department covers all activities related to 3rd party supplier invoices, employee expense reports and inter-company invoices from invoice receipt to payment – including supporting the tasks of helpdesk, account reconciliation, invoice compliance and reporting.

How you will do it

• Sustain excellent communication and relationships with business partners and vendors
• Cooperate with Accounts Payable teams or other departments to find solution for outstanding issues, support with complex queries
• Work closely with Business on critical issues
• Identification and resolution of issues and inconsistencies, suggesting appropriate corrective procedures, involvement in improvement projects
• Assist with current Accounts Payable workflow and provide input to ensure process is increasingly efficient
• Authorization and Audit of Payments, failed or returned payments resolution
• Review of supplier statement reconciliations, follow up with business on aged invoices
• Maintain record keeping systems, forms, policies, internal control documentation, and procedures related to Accounts Payable

What we look for
Required

• Background in Finance/Accounting area; experience with Accounts Payable 
• English and French knowledge (B2/C1 level)
• Good technical feeling
• Team player with pro-active approach and problem solving personality

• Solid self-management

Salary starting from 1000 EUR/month gross (plus a 13th month salary) based on relevant experience.
