How you will do it

 
* Processes tax extensions, tax returns, Master Service Agreements and addendums for both paper and electronic delivery, as applicable
* Prepares Tax account reconciliation
* Processing and monitoring of tax payments
* Data collection for tax audits
* Other data collection support for the region
* Responsible for maintaining monthly due date lists for a wide range of tax filings
* Manages the online Tax file room for the department
* Scanning of Tax documents and returns into Tax preparation software system
* Formats and types a variety of correspondence
* Screens, prioritizes, and distributes mail
* Reviews calendars and anticipates logistical opportunities or needs to assist
* Assists with conferences and special events

What we look for
Required
* Bachelor's degree Accounting, specialization in Tax is a plus
* Preferably first experience in a similar role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
* Capability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
* Advanced skills with Microsoft Office and Adobe
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Flexibility with overtime to meet deadlines
* Strong organizational skills required

Preferred
* Experience in a professional services firm preferred
* Experience in accounting procedures preferred
