Project Administrator

Key responsibilities include:
Project Administrator is responsible for validation and managing purchase order lifecycle management for EMEA Security team to ensure smooth billing over the project cycle.
This role requires strong communication skills and business understanding, effective tracking and priorities management together with skill to learn and be pro-active in order to clarify potential issues or discrepancies.
Ability to build strong relationship with various teams accross IBM organization, dedicated to effective approach and speed of resolution. This role brings very good opportunity to learn and start a successful career within IBM.

Your main daily tasks will be:
• Validation and management of purchase order lifecycle
• Creates, maintains and closes the Contract Folder.
• Ensures contracts are validated and registered in respective IBM Systems
• Performs final billing and invoicing reconciliation, closes contract in BMS, and ensures settlement of all IBM accounts.
• Supports internal accounts receivable teams



Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
• Fluent English language in writing and speaking
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Flexible and growth mindset attitude, keen to learn and enjoying constantly evolving environment.
• Analytical thinking, focus on details, self-motivated and pro-active.
• Previous experience with working in IBM or in a similar position is highly appreciated


Minimum starting salary is 1.300 EUR/month, offered salary depends on candidate's experience.
