Coverage and Quota Analyst

Your Role and Responsibilities :
The role will drive execution and adoption of key programs which support the optimal deployment of sales resources, with a focus on improving overall sales productivity.

The candidate should have strong written & oral Communication skills, good Excel, Cognos and QMF skills, good understanding of the IBM sales functions and sales management processes, and an understanding of the company’s sales transformation strategy. The role requires the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, and a proven capability to execute and deliver on time. It is advantageous for the candidate to also have strong project management, organizational change management, leadership and organizational skills. Prior project management or consulting experience is highly desirable.

This work will include analysis, reporting, consolidating, collaborating and directly educating and following up Sales Leaders to ensure each program is closed per the deployment plan.
