Customer care with spanish and english

Your responsibilities would be:

- phone and email communication with end customers- answer their questions and guide them through the process of filling a form correctly (as one of examples)
- work with internal systems- looking for information or a customer details and history if he/she was in touch with the company before
- communication with internal departments if needed

Requirements:

- Advanced knowledge of both Spanish and English- you will communicate daily and sometimes with native speakers as well
- Orientation to customer and detail
- Good problem solving skills and pleasant communication
