Customer support in German- non-voice

Is gaming you passion? Can you speak German? Then do not hesitate and join the technical support team and help gamers overcome their difficulties!

From 10:00 to 19:00 you will be responsible for:
- Solving issues related to gaming (PC and console) via email
- Ensuring precise, effective and thorough troubleshooting
- Providing professional approach and solutions to customers

The salary may be higher based on your experience.

All you need is:

- Passion for gaming
- Previous technical support experience is advantageous but not necessary
- Fluent German language, since the communication with customers will be in German only
- Fluent in English- communication with colleagues or management
- Proactive, customer oriented, problem solver
