Customer Account Specialist with German language

You will be working as a customer account specialist. What does it actually mean?

You will be responsible for communication with diverse customers from German-speaking countries about their international payments and accounts. If there is a problem with paid or unpaid bills and invoices, you will contact the clients and help them resolve the situation. Believe us, there is plenty to do in an international company.
