You can look forward to participating in the following activities:
- You will become a customer care expert in terms of providing the most enjoyable skiing adventure in the Alps of Italy, Austria, France and Switzerland
- You will help clients to choose and reserve the best hotels, skiing equipment, ski passes and so on
- You will be able to suggest additional products and services to clients based on their needs (and you will be rewarded accordingly)
- You will communicate in ENGLISH and GERMAN language on a daily basis with customers all around the world

- You are a dynamic and people-oriented person who is not afraid to communicate with foreigners
- You enjoy helping and advising people who need your assistance
- You speak ENGLISH and GERMAN fluently (level B2+ or C1)
