Scrum master

Do you enjoy the IT world? Do you have experience in the SCRUM MASTER role and want to have new experience in Vienna? You will work onsite 4 days a week (in the beginning).
Your job description will be:
- guiding the team to become a self-organizing team
- guiding the team and Product Owner on how to use Scrum practices and values
- build a trusted and safe place without any problems
- facilitate the Planning/Review/Retrospective Meetings
- facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution

You are relevant candidate - if you have following skills :
- Scrum Master certification (nice to have)
- experience in the Scrum Master (mandatory)
- knowledge of other agile approaches such as KANBAN is a big plus
- good leadership skills and knowledge of facilitation, conflict resolution etc.
- fluent in English language (C1), because you will use it daily, German language is an advantage
