For our site in Bratislava we are looking for:

System Design Leader

Your role

Framatome Controls s. r. o. is continuing to develop and grow and will hire a further 20 people at its Bratislava site in 2023.

In your role as system design leader you will be responsible for leading and coordination of safety I&C systems design for nuclear power plants worldwide.

Your tasks will focus on:
  • Planning, coordination and supervision of I&C system design until handover to customer
  • Management of interfaces with other systems and disciplines, project management
  • Leading of design team, setting objectives, priorities to achieve tasks completion
  • Clarification of input data and open points internally and with customer

Your profile

  • Engineer's degree specialized in one of the following field : Automation, Nuclear Physics/Technology
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with design of DCS or PLC based I&C systems
  • Experience with engineering lead position
  • Experience with design of safety critical or nuclear classified I&C systems is an advantage
  • User knowledge of functional safety, nuclear safety standards is an advantage

  • Minimum Upper intermediate English level B2, ability to communicate in an international environment
  • Good communication, coordination and team leading skills

  • Availability for short business trips (< 3 months/ year)
