You will be joining an agile and self-organizing team that focuses on providing customers with continuously improving experience. Your core responsibilities will be:
- Developing highly motivated, high performing, inclusive, Agile Scrum team of 5-8 people
- Supporting people in your team in professional growth and motivating them to deliver excellent performance
- Actively supporting innovation, novel and pro-active approaches in the field of core technologies as well as in problem solving
- Maintaining up-to-date and broad overview of the current situation and latest trends in the field of IT security and software development
- Ensure that all owned technologies deliver the highest value for customers while meeting ESET quality standards
- Managing the development team
- Actively participate in hiring and on-boarding new team members
