Senior Marketing Specialist (lead programs for enterprise customers)

This position offers unique opportunity to create marketing programs and campaigns directly at ESET HQ and roll them out to our regions and offices. You will be at the heart of the strategies and initiatives we create for enterprise customers (1000+ seat) who bear the greatest potential and are most demanding. What does it take?

• In a nutshell, you create the strategic concept, oversee the execution and creation of marketing assets, manage all stakeholders involved (strategic marketing, creative studio, sales teams, tech division teams, regions…), support markets to implement, and evaluate the performance.
• The projects are of the highest priority and for some only the preparation phase takes up to ¾ of the year (it includes events, campaigns, and programs directed at enterprise customers and all are managed cross funnel).
• You brief the teams, kick off the production with creative studio, PR, and online marketing.
• You also need to know your regional offices and their markets, gather information, analyze and suggest/oversee actions and projects accordingly. You need to get their buy in and provide them with guidance during the programs´ implementation onto their markets.
• You need to evaluate the performance of the executed projects, collect feedback, provide summarized report, and suggest improvements
• To sum it up, you develop strategic concepts for projects, are the project owner and overall project manager and oversee the end-to-end roll out.
