Service Desk Operator

We are seeking a Service Desk Operator to join the ESET IT Support team to provide prompt 1st line support from telephone, intranet and email requests to ensure operational problems are resolved as quickly as possible.

Job description:
Providing first level support through taking calls and handling the resulting incidents or Service Requests, using the incident management and request fulfillment processes, in line with Service Desk objectives - classification of incidents and initial support, resolution and recovery, incident ownership and tracking, incident closure.
