Purpose of the job:
Leading and managing the PGD team in Bratislava within agreed targets.
Consulting and developing of IT solutions within Aris and other process management IT tools.
Supporting transformation projects with IT expertise due to IT architectural landscape and interfaces.

Responsibility in the line organization:
•Responsibility for leading the team
•Responsibility for tasks assignments
•Planning resources
•Continuously optimizing organization and processes in the team

Responsibility for employees:
•Supporting the selection process of employees in selected team
•Development / training
•Target management (alignment project leads)
•Annual salary check, planning working time, leave days
•Adaptation and integration of new employees

Responsibility for functional area:
•Define and ensure DTSE internal technical services for the Aris DTSE process & document management platform
•Aris IT functions and architecture consulting within projects and internal customers
•Consulting and migration support according to alternative process management IT e.g. signavio, GBTech/BiCloud
•Technical support of our customers by telephone, remote maintenance
•Support of server and client environment maintenance

The salary for this position is from 2 000 EUR gross. The published salary is the minimum possible offer.
The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
