Job description, responsibilities and duties

The PTP CCE team lead is responsible for managing and developing the assigned CCE FLS team within DTSE SK and for achieving targeted KPIs. He/she is responsible for incoming migrations and the overall quality of services provided to customers within Deutsche Telekom Group in close cooperation and in accordance with all CCE Group leads in Germany and Czech Republic.

• Organisational and operational leadership of the assigned team in the PTP service line in accordance with the CCE group leads First-Level-Support, Supplier Steering (2nd-Level-Support) and Payment proessing & Settlement
• Operational leadership of the FLS-Team Accounting- and Procurement support
• Guides team members to ensure there is a solid personal base for providing good quality services in healthy working environment
• Ensures timely and of required quality provision of efficient PTP services for internal and external (e.g. suppliers) customers in a defined area of responsibility
• Creates and maintains clear structure, interfaces and responsibilities within the team and ensures efficient communication within the team and outside (customers and suppliers – if needed and appropriate)
• Identifies process improvement measures and drives their implementation
• Ensures incoming migration activities are executed in an efficient manner as per migration plan
• Cooperates on group-wide projects
• Manages customer relations for his/her team in coordination with overall communication concept
• Driving the digitalization in finance (Salesforce, AI, Robotics/Front end assistents etc.)

The salary for this position is from 1500 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and German - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Accounting or Procurement, out of which at least 2 years management experience of managing a team (at best a contact center- / support-team)
• Very good organisational and analytical skills
