Accountabilities

• Create and coordinate the preparation and release of financial and management reports
• Continuous communication with reporting experts within RTR in Germany and Bucharest to understand, define, and document current reporting goals, needs, and requirements
• Retrieve and utilize information from the reporting systems and other data sources and, when necessary, recommend the development of processes
• Develop, coordinate distribution, and maintain reporting templates for investment to report financial and operational information
• Review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing report procedures and systems
• Identify automation and process improvement ideas and implement
• Design, develop, publish, and maintain management dashboards
• Write and maintain processes related to all standard reporting

Requirements

• 1-2 years of practical experience
• First Experience in the coordination of projects
• Business experience in controlling, (group) accounting, management reporting, auditing
• First user experience with management information systems / reporting systems
• Basic knowledge about the central key performance indicators used within a big company
• Technical affinity, experience with complex Excel calculations
• Experience of SAP BW, Oracle Hyperion, Infor MIS Alea beneficial
• International mind set
• Languages: Fluent written and spoken English and German
• Good or very good grades in mathematics
• Ability to communicate target oriented
• Self-confident appearance

The salary for this position is from 840 gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
