- Coordinate continuous improvement in working processes to increase productivity and to optimization of processes
- Perform and quality check handover of tasks to other departments
- Participation in process related projects to ensure continuous improvement
- Provide an interface between process and operational topics to ensure proper communication between departments
- Report regular KPI’s to Management and set up actions in case of deviance to keep quality on an expected level.
