What will you be in charge of?
- Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
- Managing executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Communicating with our strategic partners (in English and German)
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Preparing weekly, monthly or quarterly reports and presentations
- Handling correspondence directed to executives
