The main role of successful candidate will be: leading and coordinating the regional Controlling function and at the same time coordinating all other finance related operations. Supporting regional management as well as local management in assessing performance and forecasted performance of the region and its units, as well as individual projects.
• Steering the regional controlling function, developing common strategy
• Streamlining the regional cost center budget process
• Analysis, evaluation and implementation of controlling
• Coordination, compilation and analysis of the monthly reporting and forecasting
• Analysing monthly operating results against budget
• Interface to the HQ controlling - preparation of decisions, deciding about requests for approval as well as presenting monthly business reviews
• Proactive process analysis and creation of improvement concepts and regional controlling tools
• Investment calculations and due diligence tasks during M&A activities
• Leading a local controlling team, coordinating a virtual Finance- and Controlling Team in EE
• Monitoring KPIs
• Support and monitor roll-out of SAP module into Non-SAP countries

• Readiness to travel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; (verbal, written and presentations).
• Goal oriented results driven with a strong desire to see tasks through to completion. Realistic and pragmatic approach to objectives.
• Ability to interact professionally and comfortably at all levels within the organization.
• Native Slovak, very good English, German knowledge of advantage.
