Head of Electrical Design

• As part of the Project & Engineering Center, in charge of delivering large scale turnkey projects from 2 MEUR to 80MEUR.
• Coordinating a group of Design Engineers.
• Responsible to manage his team, driving technical excellence within project mgt. in the different segments such as: Mining, Metals, O&G, Data centers, Utilities, Renewable & Smart Grid.
• Provides & masters the optimized technical solution in terms of quality, cost and time.
• Defends the chosen technical solution in front of a customer.
• Provides & organizes the necessary technical set-up with his internal resources & external engineering suppliers.
• Active participation in tendering phase to validate technical architecture & technical budget definition.
• His colleagues (Design Leaders, Technical Leaders, Project Managers) are members of a technical execution project team, or members of a project team in case of a single package. They carry the responsibility of the realization of one given technical work-package: performance, quality, costs and expected deadlines. They drive their work-package, as a piece of a global integrated solution (implement interfaces & interactions required for the whole solution to meet its performance). They refine and detail the work package's specification drafted at tendering phase

In order to strengthen its Slovakia based technology/project team that serves clients within Europe, we are searching for a Head of the Design Team, consisting mostly of electrical design professionals, acting as Design Leaders or Design Engineers.
