About the Team

You will be a member of the EMEA Learning Delivery team of Coordinators and Advisors that is responsible for planning, organization and delivery of various people development and learning initiatives as well as specifics programs. This includes classroom and digitized learning as well as other types of deliverables for the unit Talent, Culture & Inclusion (TCI). You will closely collaborate with APAC Learning Delivery team and other colleagues within designated organizational units.

This position is a unique opportunity for fresh graduates who want to gain experience in working with various teams across the globe, working within a multinational team, learn more about Swiss Re's Talent, Culture & Inclusion and overall People Development.


About the Role

• Coordinates the operation and maintenance of employee training registrations and attendance reports, standard reports, certificates and other deliverables in different systems and platforms (Success Factors – iCampus, LearningOne, Qualtrics, SharePoint and others)
• Works closely with external and /or internal subject matter experts (SME's) / Learning Consultants to ensure smooth delivery of global services
• Helps to coordinate/organize/deliver learning and development solutions in close partnership with internal experts and services (e.g. Logistics, Communications etc.) and external vendors • Supports the employee learning and development in Swiss Re on various levels via handling various learning portfolios / projects / topics
• Ensures that trainings get delivered timely through the right channels to employees across the globe
• Acts as a main point of contact for all kinds of queries related to Learning

Other activities/accountabilities that may be required from Employee:
• Any other Learning Delivery ad hoc tasks as required from time to time

University education (Bachelor's degree)

• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and proven communication skills • Ability to solve issues, provide constructive feedback and a conflict resolution if needed
• Service and client oriented
• Strong attention to details, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Must be pro-active, self-directed, result-oriented and self-motivated
• Experienced to work in a global matrix organization and a dynamic environment with changing priorities is an advantage
• Embrace and live & breathe the Personal Imperatives around driving the business, showing true teamwork and taking personal accountability
• Previous experience in Learning and Development advantageous, but not a condition
