Job description, responsibilities and duties

Successful candidates will support Corporate Solutions underwriting units in their end to end business tasks. Within a fast-paced environment, this role provides you with a chance to influence how decisions sophisticated underwriting contracts are reflected. Did we catch your attention? Core responsibilities:

• Review economics of insurance documentations for accuracy and completeness and reflect corresponding attributes into systems (including bigger spreadsheets)
• Follow established guidelines and processes (including possibility to challenge status quo where vital)
• Make sure the data entered have supporting documentation
• Collaborate with key partners (underwriting, accountants and others) to achieve most ideal set up possible
• Deliver timely and accurate business processing also during peak times

About the Team

We work very closely with underwriting community to entertain contracts with brokers and clients and sourcing of suitable business.
Our aim is to ensure correctness of entered data within our systems and smooth running of operational processes to resolve issues related to policy administration. We also manage insurance policies, which cover both local and international clients.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Proficiency in English (reading, written and verbal), other European language is a plus
• Analytical problem solver, focusing on details and curious about numbers, with solid understanding of Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work both independently or collaboratively while prioritizing and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding interpersonal skills allowing you to actively contribute to the team spirit as well as effectively connect with people in multinational environments
• Awareness of administrative procedures and general economic principles
