About the Role

In this role you will become an integral member of the Operational Excellence Claims Operations team. You will closely collaborate with various internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes. Except for that, you will be directly contributing to the successful delivery of key 2024 initiatives (2024 Claims North Star and Operations delivery agenda) and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Main responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed process analysis to identify areas for optimization and efficiency gains.
• Facilitate strategic planning activities, including work shifts, automation initiatives, and process improvements.
• Support data and performance management deliverables to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Engage in deep analytical tasks to enhance decision-making capabilities within Claims Operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor operational improvements.
• Maintain, simplify and streamline up-to-date central Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), best practices or process documentation as required.

Personality requirements and skills

Essentials:
• Proven experience as a Business Lead – preferably in Claims (as Claims Lead), in insurance, or any relevant experience in finance sectors
• Strong analytical skills, with ability to conduct thorough research and analysis
• Ability to quickly assimilate to new knowledge and challenges and acquire new skills
• Digital literacy – proficiency in using Visio and Office tools; Claims CorSo CorFlow or any relevant claims/insurance market system is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English

Nice to haves:
• A relevant degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
