About the Role

Our Origination Platforms & Analytics team acts as a trusted advisor and partners for the Reinsurance business in the topic of origination landscape and analytics. We are a core element of Swiss Re's digital transformation that enables and accelerates transformation to a performance driven Origination organization.

We have an excellent understanding of business processes and are true partners for our colleagues. Together with us, you will ensure the Origination systems are used effectively and insights are used to drive decisions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Develop change management strategies, plans and activities, in close collaboration with our global community to achieve system and analytics adoption and awareness
• Define and implement new mechanisms for measuring impact and adoption, optimize for improvement, and surface insights for system development and prioritization
• Develop and maintain all training content related to our system, process and analytics implementation, providing users with basic to advanced knowledge in relation to Origination processes, platforms and analytics
• Lead, create and effectively deliver a variety of training delivery modalities (instructor led classroom learning, virtual learning, or self-directed learning)
• Engage and manage global user communities mobilizing them as change catalysts
• Act as the Sales & Origination Landscape Steering Committee Process Manager.

Requirements for the employee

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

You are experienced in leading change across the company. You are passionate about Technology and innovation and can support non-technical colleagues with a broad range of tech confidence and competence on Origination best practices, translated into a clear and easy-to-understand story line. Your outstanding interpersonal skills allow you to engage with executives, while your welcoming and convincing personality helps you resolve issues and encourage others to move towards a common goal.

• Experience in developing and delivering training and adoption within a financial services set-up, experience in Re/Insurance is an advantage
• Digital literacy - proficiency in Power BI or another relevant Business Intelligence platforms
• Outstanding customer focus and interpersonal skills allowing you to actively contribute to the team spirit as well as effectively connect with people in multinational environments
• Ability to work both independently with minimum supervision, while prioritizing and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
