Job description, responsibilities and duties
As HR Administration Associate you will strengthen HR Administration team in order to support growing HR SSC teams in Bratislava. In this role, you will be responsible for performing HR administrative services that have been offshored from the US and from several EMEA and APAC locations (e.g, Switzerland, UK, Germany, Bangalore, Singapore and others) to Bratislava. This means specific Swiss Re benefits administration that may requires payroll inputs: COYou2, CCA, Public transportation, HealthBenefit and Referral Award administration, and other tasks such as specific business letters preparation, time management, position and employment management (position creation, functional title changes, inactivating positions, manager changes and organizational unit changes). This creates an interesting opportunity to work closely with diverse HR teams across Swiss Re.
• Perform HR administration tasks of Swiss Re benefits: COYou2 and Continuous Contribution award, referral award program, health benefit and public transportations benefits
• Perform HR administration task: time management, position and employment management, specific business letters preparation
• Ensure correct HR data and payroll entries and maintain internal systems
• Responsible for accuracy of payroll inputs
• Provide primarily 2nd level services for internal clients on a global basis
• Work closely with HR Administration team and HR Advisors/ Partners to ensure proper handling of inquiry
• Drive for high customer satisfaction within given framework and constantly improve internal processes and procedures to increase client orientation and effectiveness
• Continuous optimization of current portfolio, processes and procedures in close cooperation with HR Service Delivery team
• Ensure strict adherence to HR processes and guidelines, apply 4 eye principle of all payroll relevant data entries
• Contribute to HR initiatives and projects as needed
• Support Team Lead HR Admin center with ad hoc tasks
• Perform other position related tasks as instructed by Supervisor
