As Team Leader based in Bratislava you will provide leadership, direction and prioritization for HR Admin team of 7 people (5 based in Bratislava and 2 based in Bangalore location). The team is one of the teams within the HR Support Center Bratislava. You will be expected to work closely with all HR teams within Swiss Re as global activities are being offshored to Bratislava and are performed in the team (more specifically for the US location, Switzerland, UK, Germany and Asia (Bangalore, Honk Kong and Singapore location). The current team portfolio involves Swiss Re global and local benefits administration, Referral Award administration, employee changes administration and letter administration for above-mentioned locations. The team handles global HR tasks such as position management, performance management or rewards administration.
About the role. • Lead the HR Administration team of 7 people who is responsible for administering 2nd level HR global services for the EMEA region and the US region
• Direct line management responsibility for HR Admin Services team (resource planning, feedback providing, performance reviews, training, development plans, communication etc)
• Act as a catalyst to change and supporting business in moving to the next level
• Continuous optimization of current portfolio, processes and procedures in close cooperation with HR Service Delivery team
• Drive for high customer satisfaction within given framework and constantly improve internal processes and procedures to increase client orientation and effectiveness
• Ensure permanent knowhow build up for own staff on process changes and new tasks taken over by the team and drive standardization of processes
• Responsible for KPIs management and achieving target goals (reaction and resolution time)
• Responsible for tickets management and workload/tasks distribution
• Establish and maintain strong communication channel with all HR stakeholders
• Ensure strict adherence to HR processes and guidelines, apply 4 eye principle of all payroll relevant data entries
• Project management tasks: contribute or lead HR initiatives and projects as needed
• Support Head HR SSC with ad hoc tasks
