Your main tasks will be:
• Using your project management and event planning skills you will support the team with registration processes and coordinate logistics
• You will handle the cost sheet and coordinate invoices & payments with the internal department
• In this role you will be responsible for the global online Employer Branding material maintenance (SharePoint)
• You will maintain and update our external online career platforms & social media (In German and English) plus regular monitoring (Kununu, Glassdoor, etc.) and monthly reporting
• You will take care of external Presentations (PPT, Prezi) preparation and updating
• To communicate with internal and external stakeholders for University Marketing topics will be part of your role, including acceptance & cancellation management
