As Reward Business Manager you will be part of a centralised Business Management team that supports our HR leadership team. Your main focus will be to facilitate the efficient and proper business enabling and administration of Reward (part of HR), and to ensure that the departments' compliance risk management and overall business management obligations are carried out by using the relevant systems, policies and practices.
Curious what your key responsibilities look like?
• Overall responsible and accountable for Reward wide budgeting, financial planning, cost tracking and controlling
• Perfectly understand the cost composition of Reward and know how much Reward services and solutions cost
• Keep track of Reward's risk management landscape and make sure issues are properly collected and that the appropriate policies are implemented
• Lead the set-up of the annual Reward Team Offsite and similar events
• Drive operational excellence by role modelling customer focus, monitoring operational performance and metrics defined
• Lead the Reward planning especially in terms of demand and capacity
• Act as the Communication Champion or Change Champion based on the needs of the Reward team
• Lead or support Reward specific projects and initiatives

• 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role
• Significant subject matter experience in Finance,
• Operational Risk Management, Consultancy, HR Planning, etc.
• Experience in managing projects and working with agile methodologies
• Ability to drive continuous improvements and think outside of the box
• Advanced analytical skills to build a compelling story or business case
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shown success in working in a highly matrixed environment
• Demonstrate ability to build and manage relationships across the hierarchies
• Ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential information and situations
• Strong influencing and social skills including operating across cultural boundaries
• High level of integrity, trustworthiness and stress resistance
• Demonstrate a collaborative approach using teamwork across organisations
• Highly flexible, engaged and accountable
• Strong communicator in English (verbal and written) and able to convince people
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, savvy learner of new tools
