We are looking for Front Desk Officer who will make our visitors feel welcomed and comfortable.
You will undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the Front office desk.
Ideal candidate can make a good first impression and enjoys daily communication with client in professional manner. Excellent customer service should be in your DNA.
Visitor management:
o Professional representation of Swiss Re towards external and internal parties
o Keeping front desk tidy and presentable
o Ordering process for visitor transportation from/to the airport
Switchboard:
o Routing of incoming external calls
o Providing of general information to received inquiries
Post and freight services
o Mail receiving
Following S&S guidelines
Statistics creation
Deputisation
o Supply management
o GDI Scanning
o Records management/Archiving
Support for other CRE&S teams
Support on new building project as instructed by the Team Leader
The work schedule is fixed, switching 2 shifts: 7:30-16:00 and 8:30-17:00.
