Job description, responsibilities and duties
In this role you will support the Head of AM IT (Asset Management IT) to run the department.
Depending on candidates, we will either fill this role as 50% part-time or as a full-time. In case of full-time, half of the agenda would consist of doing financial planning and controlling for AM IT.
• Support coordination and planning of stakeholders and external client meetings and other ad-hoc administrative tasks
• Support the set up of AM IT team meetings, trainings, workshops
• Support communication within AM IT department: co-creation of team meeting agenda, preparing input for AM COO Newsletter, updating mailing lists
• Manage AM IT Sharepoint sites
• Logistic and organizational support of workshops/ offsites, communication with external providers (hotels, restaurants, etc)
• Perform other position related tasks as instructed by Supervisor
