About the Role
Are you curious to see how HR manages their risks? We are looking for you if you have a strong will to ensure HR processes runs smoothly. Previous direct experience is not needed, if you are willing to learn and client satisfaction is what makes you happy!

In this position you will support the HR Business Management team and HR Risk & Process Governance Manager in the following activities:
HR Risk & Governance Management:
- 2nd Line of Defence assurance reviews:
- Conduct compliance checks and report results to Risk Governance Manager.
- Conduct compliance risk related reviews for global HR (e.g. Data Protection, GDPR ticketing, Fraud Monitoring, etc.)
- Support HR Risk & Process Governance
Manager in the following tasks:
- perform risk-control assessments (incl. onsite reviews and pre-audit support) for HR Functions and Regions.
- report Operational Events and Issues.
create HR Risk and Assurance related documentation (report, presentation and dashboards) to various stakeholders (e.g. Head HR, HR Executive Team).
- promote Risk Culture in HR in conducting various Risk and Compliance Awareness Trainings for HR Regions and Functions.
- review, update and improve Global HR Policies, Standards and Employee Handbooks.
- handling Policy Management Tool and act as single point of contact for HR Document Owners, provide access rights to the tool.
- regular revision of HR documents and allocation of proper Document Ownership and properties.

Solvency II Management:
- Support HR Risk & Process Governance Manager to initiate, perform, coordinate and monitor Solvency II Fit & Proper process to ensure that all key function holders (as defined in standard) are properly assessed
- Support Risk HR Risk & Process Governance Manager in reporting timely and accurately the assessment outcome to the recipients.
- Support Risk Governance Manager with annual review of the internal Standard.
- Conduct annual re-certification process.

About the Team
We are a small and dynamic team which supports senior HR leaders to run HR as a commercial, compliant and engaged function with discipline, rigor and commercial awareness.
In the mandate we deal with strategy and planning, financial management, project portfolio governance, community building, risk management and the support of HR leaders. The broad range of responsibilities gives an unusual insight and enabling a holistic approach

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
