Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Driving and managing quality relevant topics with all units within Risk Management IT
• Supporting projects within Risk Management IT to increase the quality of their application development by managing improvements in processes, project management, communication, development practices, continuous integration, testing and requirements engineering. Facilitate a continuous improvement process (including quality measurements) over these topics for single projects and for Risk Management IT as a whole
• Support projects within Risk Management IT as PMO through the whole lifecycle from idea to implementation, establishment of operating model and benefit realization
• Become an expert in best practices for key project documentation, processes & tools. Provide guidance and coaching to Project Managers and/or Workstream leads.
• Engages in quality related topics, consults and coaches other team members
• Act as a PMO and change manager with a strong focus on delivering high and sustainable quality
• Carry out risk assessments and ensuring quality standards are met
• Participate in developing PMO guidelines and standards for Risk Management IT

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with Project Management methodologies
• Experience in working with application development team (roles, dependencies), knowhow in agile work environments (Scrum) is advantageous
• PMI and/or PMP certification an advantage
• Experienced in project planning and project budget controlling
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English, open communication style
• Strong customer orientation: work experience in a consultant role advantageous
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Experience in the area of risk management, data governance and data quality is a plus
