Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are a Java development team in Finance IT with 10+ people who work in Zurich, Bratislava and Hyderabad.
Our team does not designate front or back end developers - instead we work across the full stack.
Test driven development and agility are key to our success and we use a modified version of SCRUM which suits our needs.

...develop & maintain data processing interfaces for financial data
...develop & maintain a modern web application which serves our Business Analysts
...work directly with our Business Analysts to identify and understand their needs and optimize our service for their requirements
...support UAT and production, including code fixes and data analysis.
...continuously improve our codebase, e.g. through refactoring
...mentor and support less experienced members of the team
...work on a new project to replace an existing system - this gives you the opportunity to be involved from the start and shape the technical solution and implementation
