Job description, responsibilities and duties

This person will be based in Bratislava and is primarily responsible for organizing interviews for positions based in Switzerland and the US.

The aim of this shirt-term role is to support global Graduates Recruitment Project (December 2015 - February 2016).

• Contact person for Candidates, Line Managers, Recruiters as well as HR Advisors/Partners primarily by phone but also via email
• Organization of job interviews (face to face, telephone, telepresence) for positions in Switzerland and the US
• Managing the correspondence with the candidates, interviewers and recruiters during the whole interview scheduling process
• Responsible for reimbursement of interview expenses according to policy and guideline

WORKING TIME: switching shifts for EMEA& US region

Previous work experience in HR and in an international environment is an advantage.

- Fluency in English language, both written and verbal, is required
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and proven communication skills
- Strong attention to details and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload is a must
- Must be pro-active, self-directed, result-oriented and highly motivated
- Strong customer services skills and the ability to work in a team environment is required
- Flexibility to work shifts as well as on some public holidays
- Service and client orientation
- Openness to build up experience/knowledge for a variety of European countries
- willingness to work switching EMEA& US shifts
