Job description, responsibilities and duties
The purpose of this job is to run day-to-day settlements activities related to confirmation, matching, and settlement of trades in controlled environment, supporting all desks and product types.
• Full control of settlement tasks for both AM portfolio trading and lending platform
• Excellent communication with brokers, custodians and clients
• Supervision, monitoring and completion of all ILS trades and liaison with investors' operations
• Control of asset transfers completion
• Handling of corporate actions
• Resolution of complex queries from stakeholders
• Consistently search for ways to improve customer service
• Solid awareness and prevention of operational risk
• Proactive training and organization of knowledge transfer within the team

Good knowledge of investment products (Fixed income, Equity, Derivatives).

• Languages skills: English fluent written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills
• Good analytical skills and detail orientation
• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Diligent and accurate working style
• Experience in trade settlement is beneficial
• Reliable and self-reliant task manager
• Positive attitude towards a dynamic and international environment
