Job description, responsibilities and duties
In this role you will be responsible for the Intragroup Service Recharges (ISR) and Intragroup Service Agreements (ISA) processes as part of the Intragroup Service team.
• Create supporting documentation and records for the Intragroup Service Agreements (ISA) and Intragroup Service Recharges (ISR) operations.
• Responsible for the ISA workflow by drafting the Intragroup Service Agreements and coordination of relevant Legal, Tax and Finance aspects.
• Improve and simplify administration of daily business.
• Lead the annual service verification exercise by active communication with various stakeholders within the Group.
• Prepare information to be used in the Intragroup Service Recharge model.
• Preparation of intra-group service recharges (ISR) and send-out of the intra-group invoices.
• Preparation of reports (mainly excel and power point), overviews and statistics for the stakeholders as requested.
• Responsible for end to end ISR and ISA process on country level
