Job description, responsibilities and duties
In this role you will act as a workplace manager for dedicated office locations. Is responsible for handling of workplace allotment to divisions/departments in office locations and manages moves in assigned office locations.
Move management process:
Acts as move manager within the region. In his role he/she is responsible for
• validating move requests and defining the final execution dates
• clarifying pending questions with the Workplace and Move Requestors
• dispatching move requests for execution and coordination with service providers
• providing support to the Workplace and Move Requestors
• capturing new entries in the move management application
Fulfills all tasks assigned by the Head Workplace Management which includes continuous process optimisation to ensure effectiveness and smooth operations
Workplace management process
Assure workplace capacity management within assigned office locations. The role involves;
• acting as the single point of contact for the local divisional (or departmental) representatives
• managing overall workplace capacity in respective locations in accordance with the Swiss Re workplace category plan
• allotting workplaces to divisions/departments in the facility management
• system (Aperture) and according to the allocation rules defined in the operations plan
• validating local workplace demands
• initiating escalations to the Head Workplace Management should capacity shortages occur
