Job description, responsibilities and duties
In this role you will:
- Support planning & cost controlling of AM IT cost centre and projects
- Prepare budget overview for Projects & cost centre responsible
- Communication & Administration for AM IT department
- Support AM IT Head by coordinating stakeholder meetings & ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Potentially support projects as PMO
- Perform other position related tasks as instructed by Supervisor

- Provide cover for roles in other teams
- Any other ad hoc tasks as required from time to time

- Affinity with numbers, controlling background an advantage
- Asset Management and Financial Markets know-how advantageous but not a must
